the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially carol from the bar who was really chatty and gave us some great tips on places to go. we were so surprised to be upgraded to the bridal suite for our 10 year anniversary which was just awsome. the room was really comfy and the hotel decor is really nice, clean and well kept. we had a fantastic time reminiscing our wedding stay! breakfasts were delish and overall it was just perfect!
drinks were a bit pricey and there was no late checkout options.

missingWrote a review on 23 Augspacious roomenjoyable atmosphereinconvenient powerlack of amenitiesservice attention
Spacious, clean rooms with plenty of storage define the stay, complemented by an excellent breakfast with a self-service option. The heavy duvet provided warmth, though a shortage of Wi-Fi sockets was noted. Some amenities were lacking. for instance, the absence of an easily accessible power outlet was inconvenient. The atmosphere was enjoyable, making it suitable for a night's rest but could benefit from a bit more attention to detail in service and facilities.

Request a room away from the bar area to avoid noise disturbances during celebrations. this can significantly enhance your rest.

missingWrote a review on 16 Julmanicured gardensspacious roomslovely viewspoor cleanliness
The gardens here are impressively manicured, providing a pleasant area to relax outdoors. The rooms are quite expansive, and some even offer lovely views of these gardens, which is a nice touch after a long journey.
While a cozy design and inviting atmosphere are expected, the room fell short with notably poor cleanliness, particularly in the shower area where mold was present. Coupled with a lack of adequate ventilation options, the temperature inside was uncomfortably stifling. No one enjoys a noisy wedding party blasting music late into the night, which certainly detracted from the overall experience, although the hotel itself tries to maintain a serene environment. Make sure to consider that the absence of an elevator could be an inconvenience for seniors or those with mobility issues when navigating between floors.

I adored the charming decor throughout the hotel, especially the warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. The accessibility features were outstanding, allowing ease of movement for all guests, including seniors like myself.
More seating in common areas would be nice.
